Description
United Scientific White Porcelain Casserole has a capacity of 1200 ml and includes lip as well as flat porcelain handle. It is glazed on the inner as well as the outer surfaces other than rim and top of handle. It offers resistance to acids and alkalis except for hydrofluoric acid. Glaze softening does not take place till 1000 deg C. The average coefficient of expansion from 20 – 200 deg C is 3.56 x 10-5 with a gradual increase to 4.69 x 10-5 at 1050 deg C to offer thermal shock resistance.
